In a cast of Hollywood hunks, Charles Martin Smith (aka Terry “The Toad” from “American Graffiti) is easy to miss, starring with Kevin Costner, Sean Connery and Andy Garcia. Even though he works for the US Treasury (of which IRS is a department), Wallace is still one of us. He does, however display some uncharacteristic bravery and toughness.
