This is a great movie: it won best picture and several other Academy Awards. It features a very young Shirley MacLaine, Fred MacMurry, Ray Walston and it’s directed by Billy Wilder. The fact that Baxter is an accountant is not critical, but he does display some key accountant-like traits: he’s honest, a nice guy and he’s timid.
